1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CryptoClips aggregates publicly available crypto‑asset news and market data, transforms it via AI summarisation, and presents it in a short‑form “clips” interface. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Content is “informational only.”

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse‑engineer the Service;
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or disseminate misinformation.

5. Intellectual Property

• We (or our licensors) own all rights in the CryptoClips software, branding, and AI‑generated summaries.
• Third‑party trademarks, logos, and original tweets/news remain the property of their respective owners.
• You may view, share, or repost clips for non‑commercial purposes; any other use requires prior written consent.

6. Third‑Party Content & Links

The Service links to external sites (e.g., CoinMarketCap, Twitter). We have no control over and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. No Financial Advice & Disclaimer

All information is provided “as‑is” and “as available.” Crypto markets are volatile; do your own research and consult qualified professionals. We expressly disclaim any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CryptoClips or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any losses arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Errors, omissions, or delays in content;
• Any trading or investment decisions you make.

Our total liability shall not exceed USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoClips harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time (including for breach of these Terms). On termination, clauses relating to IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, State of Telangana, excluding conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Hyderabad.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in‑app or via e‑mail at least 7 days in advance.
